FRA – MOW or MECH Compliance Package

This DOT FRA drug testing package is for railroads or contractors with MOW or MECH employees.

The package includes

1. The FRA Part 219 required 219 Compliance Plan for drug and alcohol testing and submission of the Plan to the FRA for approval
2. Audit assistance, MIS reports and ongoing consultation
3. Enrollment in the FRA random consortium at the required random testing rates.
4. One online supervisor training as required by FRA regulations
5. DER recorded training program
6. One (1) pre-employment drug test

Note: Pre-employment, Random, Reasonable Suspicion, Post- Accident, Return to Duty & Follow up testing are billed at client pricing.
