This is a web-based platform, easy to use with electronic ordering, random testing management and electronic reporting of results. This program includes software, lab accounts and MRO service; this is for DOT and Non-DOT.

Getting Started with the NDS Reseller Program
- Review the program with an NDS representative over a phone or web appointment

- Submit a request for follow-up call - Contact us here
- Receive a quote for services and pricing
- Approve the quote and remit for the initial set up fee
- Your TPA users set up in the system
- Initial accounts set up for your company and referred to as your House Account, and testing can be accomplished under this account for those customers that do not yet have their own account
- Schedule for initial software training
- A form (Excel spreadsheet) is provided for you to populate your customer information and account user information. An unlimited number of new customers can be set up on this form; complete information is required for each customer. These new customer accounts can take up to 7 business days.
- Once your customer accounts are set up, our Randoms Program manager will schedule training for the random programs – consortiums and stand-alone random pools
- Random pools can now be set up and employee lists uploaded, and random selection can begin
Customer Service
With our Reseller Program, it is our goal to teach you to run and manage your drug testing program. For service issues with collection sites, labs, or MROs, it will be necessary to contact National Drug Screening (NDS) for customer support. There are humans involved in the drug testing process, so from time to time there will be mistakes made, our team will identify the issues and work with the venders for resolution. When there are problems, our team will determine the root cause of the problem so our team can work towards the same problem not happening again.
