Reports to: Customer Service Supervisor

Hours: Full time Monday – Friday from 9am – 6pm
Pay: $14.00/hour
Benefits:
- After 90 Day Probationary period – PTO Time (Prorated) once hired – Friday Off every other week (determined by NDS)

Responsibilities:
Random Program Management of nDOT and DOT Random Pools and Consortiums – to include pool creation, uploading random lists, ensuring DOT compliance of all pools managed by NDS, preparation of monthly and quarterly random selections, DOT Audits and prepare reports as required. Set up protocols with collection sites for Random testing.
Inbound phone sales
Customer Communication – respond to email and telephone inquiries from customers and vendors in a timely and accurate manner
Knowledgeable of DOT regulations
Coordinating DOT Customers Agreements
Data Entry – Ensuring that all information is updated in ACT
Write business letters, reports or office memoranda using e-mail and Word
File papers and documents – Keeping accurate records in regard to pools.
Requirements:
Excellent Computer Skills – Office (particularly Excel), database entry and Internet.

Physical Demands:
Position requires long periods of sitting. However some filing may be required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary
