Managing drug testing programs since 1993, Joe Reilly President of National Drug Screening also served for 8 years on the board of directors of the Drug & Alcohol Testing Industry and had the honor and privilege of serving as the Chairman of the DATIA, which merged with the National Drug & Alcohol Screening Association (NDASA) in 2023, board of directors from 2004 -2008. Reilly was elected again to the DATIA Board in 2014 for an additional three year term.
Known throughout the United States as an expert in the drug testing industry, Joe Reilly has served as an expert witness and has provided consulting, speaking engagements and training programs for many organizations including the US Small Business Administration, the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, the US Department of Education, the Washington DC Department of Public Works, the Florida Office of Drug Control, the Florida Department of Corrections, the Drug & Alcohol Testing Industry Association, Florida Small Business Development Centers, numerous Chambers of Commerce and many other organizations.
Previously Joe Reilly owned and operated Florida Drug Screening for 14 years and served as General Manager of Drug Testing USA from 2007 – 2009. Services from National Drug Screening include consultation from Joe Reilly on drug-free workplace programs, employer drug testing and DOT compliance.
