user.\u00a0 An MRO or the physician conducting an evaluation may conduct an alternative test (e.g., blood) as part of the medically appropriate procedures in determining clinical evidence of drug window of detection which can also be accomplished with the use of an oral fluid specimen.\u00a0 Blood drug testing is very rare because of its cost and
