{"id":50000,"date":"2020-07-05T19:34:20","date_gmt":"2020-07-05T19:34:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nationaldrugscreening.com\/?post_type=faqs&#038;p=50000"},"modified":"2020-07-05T19:34:35","modified_gmt":"2020-07-05T19:34:35","slug":"what-must-the-mro-include-on-the-final-drug-testing-result-report","status":"publish","type":"faqs","link":"https:\/\/www.nationaldrugscreening.com\/faqs\/medical-review-officer-mro\/what-must-the-mro-include-on-the-final-drug-testing-result-report\/","title":{"rendered":"What must the MRO include on the final drug testing result report?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>MRO\/TPA Drug Test Results Report Checklist<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The MRO may use a signed or stamped and dated legible photocopy of Copy 2 of the CCF to report test results.&nbsp; If the MRO does not report test results using Copy 2 of the CCF, he or she must provide a written report for each test result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This report must, as a minimum, include the following information:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>MRO name, address, and phone number<\/li><li>The name of any person other than the MRO reporting the results (if applicable)<\/li><li>Full name, as indicated on the CCF, of the employee tested<\/li><li>Donor SSN or employee ID number<\/li><li>Specimen ID number from the CCF<\/li><li>The DOT agency, if noted on the CCF<\/li><li>Reason for the test (e.g., random, post-accident), if indicated on the CCF<\/li><li>Date of the collection<\/li><li>Date the MRO received Copy 2 of the CCF &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Result of the test (i.e., positive, negative, dilute, refusal to test, test cancelled) and the date the result was verified by the MRO<\/li><li>For verified positive tests, the drug(s)\/metabolite(s) for which the test was positive (should not include quantitative values for drugs found)<\/li><li>For cancelled tests, the reason for cancellation<\/li><li>For refusals to test, the reason for the refusal determination&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"template":"","acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.nationaldrugscreening.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/faqs\/50000"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.nationaldrugscreening.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/faqs"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.nationaldrugscreening.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/faqs"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.nationaldrugscreening.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/www.nationaldrugscreening.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/faqs\/50000\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.nationaldrugscreening.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=50000"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
