Therefore, the time it will take you to complete your SAP RTD process will need to be discussed directly with your assigned Substance Abuse Provider. All SAP\u2019s are required to make care recommendations per <a href=\" https:\/\/www.transportation.gov\/odapc\/part40\" target=\"_blank\"><b>CFR 49 Part 40 Subpart O<\/b><\/a> and no one is allowed to change or deviate from your SAP\u2019s recommendations for care.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-78ecd3a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"78ecd3a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\tAfter you complete the 3-step SAP process, you must also test negative on a RTD drug\/alcohol screening before you are eligible to return to safety-sensitive duties.
