This person must be enthusiastic about serving clients, able to multi-task, attention to detail, knowledge of the drug testing industry preferred. This person will be an integral part of growing our business. The Account Coordinator will also be responsible for training customers on how to use our customer portal for scheduling drug screens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Essential Functions:<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 General customer service, that includes handling phone calls and\/or emails responding to client inquiries\/requests in a timely, accurate. friendly &amp; helpful manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Effectively communicate with the laboratories we work with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Gather all information necessary to successfully complete customer account setups and conduct quality control on account set-ups submissions for accuracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Accurately and efficiently complete customer, reseller, and partner account set-ups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Create customer contracts in an accurate manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Claritysoft-accurately set up new customers, contacts, and sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Adding Collection Sites to the provider network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Timely and accurate ordering of lab supplies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Ability to orders tests through; Alere, mroresultsonline.com, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Submit orders to Nexscreen Operations for customers purchasing Nexscreen Instant Cups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Generate any client-specific authorizations and protocols as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Pro-actively contact clients to ensure the success of the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Train users on our mroresultsonline.com software portal through our weekly webinar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Thorough knowledge of mroresultsonline.com system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Keep abreast of client changes, regulatory changes, and SOP updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Maintain knowledge of the Department of Transportation regulations as they pertain to Drug &amp; Alcohol Testing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 FMCSA Clearinghouse \u2013 accepting and rejecting customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Communicate turnaround problems to VP of Operations as it relates to testing, problem resolution, and completion of client requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Upload Breath Alcohol Tests (BATs) as necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Maintain and protect the confidentiality of all NDS and client information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Assist with onboarding larger\/key clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Preparing and putting together policy binders and shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Inbound Sales and order processing (back-up as needed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Billing Specialist <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Summary:<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Billing Specialist is responsible for supporting the financial processes of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Essential Functions:<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Verifying that tests that appear on vendor bills have been completed in our portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Prepare bank deposits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Ensures that W9s are received from each vendor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Research and resolve client and vendor discrepancies including billing issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Communicate with collection facilities to obtain missing CCFs\/BAT forms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Generate and process customer authorizations and collection site protocols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Sort and distributes mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Processes outgoing mail through stamps.com as applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Filing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 On occasion take mail to the post office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Supply ordering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Back-up for Randoms Management Coordinator<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Also seeking professional candidates for positions to work our corporate office in Melbourne, Florida.
