Workplace Drug Testing Issues \u2013 Hawaii State Laws<\/span><\/h2>\n

Government employers should always call for potential additional restrictions on employee drug testing. These categories do not effect DOT-regulated drug testing.\u00a0 DOT companies should follow 49 CFR Part 40.<\/p>\n
