Government employers should always call for potential additional restrictions on employee drug testing.<\/p><p>Voluntary law requires a policy and provides for a workers comp discount &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/msdh.ms.gov\/msdhsite\/index.cfm\/30,748,88,pdf\/DrugAndAlcoholTesting.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CHAPTER 53 DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING REGULATIONS<\/a><\/p><p>Medical Marijuana law enacted February 2, 2022- known as \u201cMississippi Medical Cannabis Act\u201d.
