Specifically, I am referring to drug and alcohol-related incidents that may lead to a suspension of your driver&#8217;s license or other professional licenses. This may be a drunk\/drugged driving situation or drug\/alcohol related charges and in order to get your license back or to continue your profession, you have to go through some type of program often through a Department of Health or possibly court. The State of Michigan driver&#8217;s license reinstatement program is a great example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At <strong>National Drug Screening (NDS)<\/strong>, we work with a lot of state health departments to help people get their licenses back and help individuals take the steps they need in order to comply with a required program for license reinstatement. Some of those programs include <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationaldrugscreening.com\/drug-testing\/\">random testing<\/a><\/strong>, as well as just individual testing; this means scheduling the proper testing or management of a random testing program that is in compliance with the requirements for the state, court order, or professional association. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These requirements have to be followed very carefully. If the program is not followed or is implemented incorrectly, you may find that at the end of the program, you&#8217;re not really, at the end of the program, meaning that if you didn&#8217;t do certain things along the way, you may have to start that program all over again. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s very important that if you have a professional license or a driver&#8217;s license suspension, that you&#8217;re working with someone who understands the complexities involved is able to correspond with the health department, professional association, company, or state to meet the requirements. They should also be able to document everything in a professional way so that when you finish your program, you actually are finished with that program and you can return to driving or work and continue on with your life.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sometimes life throws you a curve and you make a mistake that can be costly.
